Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of internet services provided by NNA Community Broadband, a service of the Nenana Native Association ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

We provide wireless internet access to residential and business customers in the Nenana, Alaska area. Service speeds, availability, and pricing are as described on our website and may vary based on location, network conditions, and plan selection.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Service is billed monthly on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
• If payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment again and notify you via email.
• Accounts that remain unpaid may be subject to service suspension or termination.
• Late fees may be applied to accounts that are past due beyond the grace period.

3. Service Installation

Professional installation of customer premises equipment (CPE) is required for service. Installation will be scheduled after your initial payment is received. Equipment installed at your premises remains the property of NNA Community Broadband unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.
• There are no early termination fees or long-term contracts.
• Service will continue through the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
• Equipment must be returned or made available for pickup upon cancellation.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather conditions, equipment failure, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following activities are prohibited:

• Any illegal activity, including unauthorized access to other networks or systems
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Activities that negatively impact the network or other users' experience
• Reselling or redistributing internet service without our written permission
• Using the service to host servers for commercial purposes on residential plans

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information only as needed to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy and security standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NNA Community Broadband and the Nenana Native Association shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
